My loved one was staying here and now is in the hospital suffering infection, sepsis, fever, on oxygen , uti , pain , itching, inflammation, edema unacceptable and unforgivable. My loved one who has no VOICE will be represented by MY VOICE ! Can’t believe this and I will not tolerate this for my loved one !

I stopped by the Stratford for a tour because it is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a convenient north central location just off 19th Ave on a quiet residential street. I did not have an appointment but was greeted by the beautiful smile of Olivia. I chatted with a few residents who appeared cheerful and happy to be embarking on an outing to the local thrift shop. Other residents milled about the lobby taking advantage of the refreshments and comfortable surroundings. Valerie appeared shortly and we toured a model apartment. It was spacious, light, clean and well appointed with a large walk-in closet. She was very warm and caring as we discussed the needs of my loved one. I left with a sense the staff here truly cares about the wellbeing and happiness of their residents. This community has all the essential amenities and feels secure but also relaxed and homey. Well worth a visit!

I went to visit this community and met the ED, Mindy, who was really really kind. I had great tour from Valerie and she was very knowledgeable and helpful and has positive energy. Great community with trustworthy people running it. I trust this community whole heartedly!

My mom was placed in the memory care facility about 8 months ago. I can not say enough about the care givers in the memory care unit. Her quality of life and demeanor have improved so much since she has started living there. Thank you so much to all the staff and caregivers here.

Mother in-Law was placed in Memory care for Alzheimer and mild Dementia. The entire staff and Nurses have been Extremely friendly and helpful. They have improved her quality of life and her demeanor 100%. The facility is clean and well organized, and the nurses are very friendly, both the visitors and the Residents.
