Convenient and cheap in pinch, but otherwise, just stick with Amazon. Cheap products are same as Amazon knockoffs and service is not as good as self-service. Typical expression of modern corporate greed, I suppose. You spend all your capital and your focus on making the sale (nice job - it shows), and then soend next to nothing delivering on your commitments. Got the instructions via email and followed them. Gave a description of my vehicle and location and stayed in my car as told. After 15 minutes with zero communication and no sign of my stuff, went inside to find the literally one person working the front. She radios the person in back - both seemingly oblivious to the existence of the supposed online order and pickup system. 5 more minutes later, the gal comes from the back, checks my signature, and promptly walks away so I can wheel the flat out myself. If you’re gonna hire the bottom of the barrel and not bother train, why not just go with robots and full automation. Self service would have been wayyy better.

We love the At Home Store. Not this one. Disabled due to a motorcycle accident. This store has 2 mobility carts but both are dead at 130 pm on a Thursday. Very disappointing. Shame on you management.

I bought a shaggy rug that cost over $300. The thing is so thin, so low quality, my feet hurt when I walk on it. Quality has really gone down hill for this company. Never ever going to buy something here.
