SUNRISE OF GILBERT

I have clients at this facility and have always had pleasant feedback. The multiple levels of care offered make it a great option for those who may need to transition from independent to assisted living as well as memory care. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The Dancing Grannies are one of the Coolest acts in town!

I worked here a few times through a staffing agency. The place is very nice, I enjoyed working here a lot. The grounds were kept nice, the patients were wonderful and staff was also very friendly to work with, Kev was friendly as well as other caregivers/med techs. Keep up the great work here.

My mother was a resident in both the independent living and assisted living facilities at Sunrise for the last four years (she transitioned to assisted living two years ago). She passed away peacefully and painlessly on Christmas Eve, 2023. There are not enough superlatives to describe the professionalism and kindness shown to my mother during her time as a resident and leading up to her death. I consistently stopped in at the facility approximately four times per week, at varying times, and always observed a friendly, caring environment created by the staff. From Mitzi, Tammy and Nanette up front to Aurora, Deb, Victoria, Margaret and Mellen interacting with, and ultimately taking care of my mom's complete hygiene needs, the staff is second-to-none. The administrative staff is highly interactive with the residents, including Aliyah and Chelsea, and it is clear they care about all of the residents' needs and well-being. My mother felt they were all part of her family, and that is how I eventually saw them as well. Thank you all for your help and caring.

I loved visiting Sunrise Senior Living. My husband and I checked out 5 other living facilities and chose Sunrise for my parents because they were well established and had lots of activities. The residents there appeared happy and enjoying themselves rather than secluded and waiting to die. There were residents smiling and dancing in the hallways, some walking their doggies and others socializing in different event rooms. There was also a bus unloading residents that took a field trip to the casino. This place was energetic and vibing high.My parents will be moving in here at a near future date.

This summer I had to move my mother from independent living at Sunrise to their memory care, Reminiscence. It was a very smooth, easy move because of the helpful staff at Sunrise of Gilbert. Denise, the Reminiscence Director, helped my mother make the adjustment to her new accommodation. Denise personally gave comfort, interacted, and made sure my mother was involved with group activities. Denise always shows love and compassion to all the residents. She also keeps me informed of how my mother is doing on almost a weekly basis, even sending pictures. I feel comfortable about my mother's care. The staff on the Reminicsence floor are all caring, compassionate people and deal well with all the residents and work hard to keep them happy and involved in activities. My mother's room, the general activity areas, and dinning room are always clean and neat. I am very satisfied with the excellent care my mother is receiving thanks to Denise and her entire staff.
